Andy, has died, a statement released by the band has confirmed. He was 60.

In the statement, which was shared on Thursday night (May 26), the band said: “We are shocked and filled with overwhelming sadness with the untimely passing of our dear friend, family member, and bandmate Andy “Fletch” Fletcher. Fletch had a heart of gold and was always there when you needed support, a lively conversation, a good laugh, or a cold pint. Our hearts are with his family, and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and respect their privacy in this difficult time.”

We are all devastated by the news and found it impossible to post until this morning. We will miss you so much Andy. Thank you for everything. Safe travels._

    R.I.P. Andy, you will be sadly missed by us all. You left us with so many memories and I’d like to pass on my deepest sympathies to Grainne and the family at this sad time, also thoughts and wishes to Dave & Martin in the loss of their friend and bandmate.
